The ocean is brimming with all kinds of magnificent creatures. The numerous colors, variety of fish and plants, interesting creatures we never have seen the likes of on land, and “glowy” things amazes me. And my view is only so deep when underwater. God has so much more to offer in the depths than I could ever conceive.
I live in a house that “time in and on the water” is almost a requirement if you want to be a part of the family. We spend a lot of time in the gulf and oceans any chance we get. I’m grateful that God affords us the opportunity to enjoy His brilliant water creations.
I’ve snorkeled in many Caribbean and coastal waters, and one thing I’ve discovered about my adventure is I get completely lost in the beauty of it all.
Oh how a life with and in Christ is so much like this and more. His children are magnificent creatures. We were made in His image.
Genesis 1:21, “So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”
Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
The view we have is only so deep. We can read the bible and see blessings here on earth, but He has so much more for us to see when we get to heaven.
1 Corinthians 2:9, But as the Scriptures say, “No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard, no one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him.”
You want to be a part of His family, you have a requirement: You must believe and put all your trust in Him. Know Him in your heart and invite Christ into your life.
John 14:6, “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
God wants you to spend a lot of time with Him.
Psalm 42:1, “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God.”
Matthew 6:33, “What you should want most is God’s kingdom and doing what He wants you to do. Then He will give you all these other things you need.”
Go ahead, get lost in His love, beauty, glory, and more. It puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.
Blessings to you.
