Communication and good actions, these are two things that the Lord loves!
“The Lord hates the offerings of the wicked, but he is happy to hear the prayers of those who live right. The Lord hates the way evil people live, but he loves those who try to do good.” Proverbs 15:8-9
This is great advice for how to build a relationship. Whether the relationship is with a friend, your children, family, your spouse, or God, talking to each other is valuable and showing each other goodness is needed.
Notice how when you talk to God (praying) makes Him happy. I hope you go and put a smile on God’s face today and chat it up with Him throughout your day. He already knows and sees everything about you, but He wants you to acknowledge it all with Him. It will make you smile too.
Also recognize how God loves those who aren’t just “good”, but “try to do good”. What’s that saying, “You can’t fail if you try”? Well, who or what’s it going to hurt if you try to do well? No one! And who really wants to be a failure in life? Not this girl!
Life is short! Go and communicate and do good!
