I am one blessed girl.
Ever since I was young, I loved to travel.  It’s not that I did an extensive amount of traveling when I was young (and definitely not out of the country), but I remember spinning a globe and stopping it with my finger and pretending that I was taking a trip there.  Now, my daughter does the same thing.  She had made a comment at some point last year that she would like a globe.  So before Thanksgiving last year I was walking around the downtown shops in my town and came across a globe for sale in a small antique shop.  I purchased it for Holly and gave it to her for Christmas. She gets her traveling bug honestly.
Tim and I have been given the opportunity to travel, and at this time of my life…extensively.

Here's Tim enjoying our view from the Hilton.

Right now I’m sitting in a hotel room, overlooking the beautifully turquoise colored lake and alpine mountains in Queenstown, New Zealand. The official  website  describes this place as, “Surrounded by majestic mountains and nestled on the shores of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown’s stunning scenery is inspiring and revitalising.”  Stunning?  Yes!  Inspiring?  You bet!  Revitalizing? *sigh* Absolutely!
Every where you drive in NZ is breath-taking.  When I glance back over some of the pictures I’ve taken, it appears that I’m starting a postcard company. I’m not, but the scenery is incredible!  I believe that when God created NZ He looked down and said, “It is good.”
I could say the same for numerous places I’ve traveled in my country and the world.  God has created stunning views for us to enjoy.
1 Corinthians 2:9 says, But as the Scriptures say, “No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard, no one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”  Boy oh boy!  I’ve seen some beautiful landscapes and have heard some peaceful sounds in my life, but God has something so much more superior for us. I know I love Him and have Jesus in my heart, so I can’t wait to see what He’s got in store for later.
My Day 12 LOVE has to be traveling. Traveling has afforded me opportunities to enjoy God’s gracious creations at a level that I never expected.  It has inspired my daughter to want to travel in life.  Traveling has also allowed me the opportunity to share Christ love with others as well.
I hope that you will be able to travel outside of your area to partake in God’s glorious creations.  And when you do, share His love with others at the same time.
As lovely as New Zealand is, it ain’t got nothin’ on God.  His love is stunning, inspiring, and revitalizing even more!
I pray God’s abundant love and blessing for y’all.
