“One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Ephesians 4:6
I’m am just a tool for my Carpenter…clay for The Potter…a sheep for my Shepherd.
Each day I pray for God to speak to me and through me. Years ago I thought it was just something that I prayed and sincerely meant, but it’s actually biblical.
When we turn our focus to our Heavenly Father, He has a way of showing goodness to us through even the smallest of things…even ants (https://soakinguptheson.com/2013/02/22/lessons-from-ants/).
This morning I saw a sweet gardenia blooming. This flower reminded me that we are to God the sweet aroma of Christ. (2 Corinthians 3:15) We need to live sweet, kind, compassionate, patient, and humble lives. (Ephesians 4:2)
When you rise to see the sun peeping through the sky, thank Him for a new day. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentation 3:22-23
I pray that you will allow God to open your eyes to the little things in life so that you can see what He desires for you to share with others in and through you today.
Many blessings to you. Have a beautiful day. Love, Stephanie
