He changed diapers. He was even christened a few times along the way.
He rocked babies to sleep, and maybe dosed off himself.
He gave them some of his characteristics, especially his to-die-for dimples.
He held the children when they were sick.
He helped teach the kids how to ride a bike, and ran along beside them to help them when they fell.
He taught them how to fish and hunt and play ball.
He provides for all their needs, and even a few of their wants.
He spoils them with fabulous vacations.
He makes them laugh with his dance moves, jokes, and quick wit.
He disciplines when needed, yet…
He loves unconditionally.
He kneels by our bed every day to pray.
He soaks up some Jesus daily to start his day off right.
He is…the father of my children, the love of my life, my man of integrity, and so much more.
He is…daddy, daddy-o, dad, Tim.
Tim had wonderful example in his life by his earthly father. The greatest example of all is his Heavenly Father.
