Today’s word is simple…
“Don’t do bad stuff. Do good stuff. Good stuff is better. Man up.”
That’s how simple the pastor put it this morning.
In 2 Corinthians 13:7-9 Paul simply tells us to:

  • Pray to God.  Don’t pray to anything or anyone else. Go directly to God.
  • Don’t do bad stuff.
  • Listen to godly wisdom.  Remember, Paul has been there done that. He knows a thing or two about being bad, then becoming a changed man to bring glory to God. Yes!
  • Do the right thing.
  • Stand for truth.
  • Be mature…man up.

7 We pray to God that you will not do what is wrong by refusing our correction. I hope we won’t need to demonstrate our authority when we arrive. Do the right thing before we come—even if that makes it look like we have failed to demonstrate our authority. 8 For we cannot oppose the truth, but must always stand for the truth. 9 We are glad to seem weak if it helps show that you are actually strong. We pray that you will become mature.
I pray that we will all stand for truth and bring glory to God in all we do.
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie

Also, I love sunset and sunrises pics. Show yours off by using hashtag #soakinguptheson so we can all enjoy your photos.
