How I praise the Lord that you are concerned about me again. I know you have always been concerned for me, but you didn’t have the chance to help me. Philippians 4:10 NLT
A simple, yet intentional, “How are you” can make someone’s day.
I went back and began rereading verses in Philippians 4. When I read verse ten, it drew my thoughts to how I feel when someone sincerely asks how I am. I’m not talking about passing by, saying “How are you”, and keep on walking. That’s not displaying intentionality. Show that you are truly concerned for someone in a loving manner.
Paul knew that the church in Philippi were truly concerned for him, and this made him grateful.  He praised the Lord for their concern.
Imagine Jesus asking you each morning, “How are you?” Tell the Lord how you really are doing.  Be grateful that He is concerned about you. I tell you what…there is no one more loving towards and concerned about you than Jesus Christ. Chat it up with Him. He loves to communicate with His children.
Now, I’d like to truly ask you, “How are you?”
I pray that you will rest in Him. Feel His arms wrapped around you. Be consumed with His peace and love.
If you have a prayer need…I’d love to pray for you. Feel free to privately message or text me. [email protected].

Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2 NLT
