In the verses read today, the example of marriage is used. So, how could I not use this photo of my man.
Right now, I pray for your earthly marriage, or the marriage-to-be in your life, that it is centered around Jesus Christ. If you are still single, don’t settle. Wait for the one that God has planned for you. He or she will be worth the wait. If you feel, “I’m not worthy” or “I’ve already done wrong in His sight”, it is not too late to change your ways. Embrace God’s grace and mercy and forgiveness and love.
One day, The Groom, Jesus Christ, will come for His bride. Remain faithful to Him and anxiously await that glorious day.
“When”, “And now”, and “As a result”. These words caught my attention when I read verses one through six in Roman’s seven.
Takeaways:
- Choices in life…sometimes we don’t know the possible consequences to the choices we make, but we often do. Or, at least we know when we make bad choices, the results aren’t great or for the glory of God.
- Choose wisely. Remember to do the Romans theme…Do what’s right in His sight.
- When you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, you:
- have been released from the law
- died to the bondage of the law
- are no longer held captive to it’s power
- can serve God
- live in the Spirit.
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
