As I walked down the canopy of sea grape trees that have created an enchanting arched pathway to the beach, I could hear the waves crashing on the shore. I left my sandals beside the sea oats that were flowing in the breeze. The soles of my feet felt the grains of sand inch their way between my toes.

Oh the colors…the sky was accessorized with the color of a tangerine, and the water was a movement of greenish blue aquamarine. My eyes glazed up across the sky and was captivated by the ever changing colors and shifting of the sphere above.

Y’all, God is The Greatest Artist ever!

I am often reminded that there will be no sun or moon in heaven.

And there will be no night there—no need for lamps or sun—for the Lord God will shine on them. And they will reign forever and ever. Revelation 22:5

You may hear that or read those words and think, “How can there not be such beauty in heaven?” I am convinced that God often has us appreciate and be in awe of the beauty He’s created here on this earth, only for Him to say, “Child, you haven’t seen anything yet. Just wait. The Light I have waiting for you in eternity is so much more awe inspiring and captivating.”

I pray that  you will embrace the beauty here, smile at His glorious creations, yet be hopeful and full of joy to see what He has prepared for you in your heavenly home.

On a scale from one to ten, how sure that you will be in heaven with Jesus?

Blessings to you and yours,

Stephanie
