Oh how precious God’s word is!
I remember years ago a friend of mine said to me, “Don’t you tell Holly ‘Good morning, Beautiful!’ daily?”, and he explained what he says to his daughter and why.
Well, let’s just say that after that…I sure do!
I may leave my girl, Holly, a note, send her a text, whisper it to her gently while waking her, or say it to her while greeting her with a hug…but I do…and I’d like to think she smiles and feels beautiful and loved!  Because she is!!

Do you need to feel special and loved? Hmmm, sure you do!  I know if someone compliments me like that, I feel like standing a little taller. But…when I hear it from my Heavenly Daddy, it reminds me to not only stand tall, but to straighten my crown, because I am royalty. I am a child of The King. I am His!
When I read Luke 1:28 this morning, the aforementioned thoughts came to my mind. It was as if God whispered gently to me today, “Good morning, Beautiful.  I love you.”
Here, read it for yourself:
The angel came to her and said, “Greetings! The Lord is with you; you are very special to him.” Luke 1:28 ERV
Upon entering, Gabriel greeted her: Good morning! You’re beautiful with God’s beauty, Beautiful inside and out! God be with you. Luke 1:26 MSG
The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” Luke 1:28 NIV
Last night, Holly and I went to the Tampa Bay Lightning game together (And yes, we won!!!). After the game we came back to her apartment, watched an adorable Christmas movie on Netflix, and went to sleep. I’m lying here now beside my beautiful daughter, waiting for her to rise and shine. I can’t wait to whisper to her “Good morning, Beautiful”, face to face.

Do you need to hear this today?  Well here you go, “Good morning! You’re beautiful with God’s beauty, Beautiful inside and out! God be with you.”
Ahh, sweetness!
Now go…stand tall, straighten your crown, because You are royalty. You are a child of The King. You are His!
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie

I love my beautiful girl!
