I recently wrote a journal entry titled,  Feeling Empty? Well you’re not!.  This entry was regarding when we feel like we have nothing to give and we are empty, yet God’s word tells us otherwise.  There are many bible verse to confirm what we are full of. Well, on this day I was prepared. The fish frantically came to the edge of the pond, and I did have something to give.

Enjoy today’s short video-blog:

Feeding your body, mind, and soul are imperative. When I don’t eat my body becomes weak, my focus is blurred, my attitude can change (Oh boy can it!), and it’s just not healthy for me to deplete myself of property nutrients.

There are times when I feel a bit anemic in my spiritual life too.  When I discover the recurring theme of for my lackadaisicalness, I discover that my inconsistency in God’s word is at the top of the list.  Making Jesus and diving into His word my first priority is fulfilling and foundational.

I want to encourage you to seek God first each day. Feast on The Bread of Life so that you are well-nourished.  This prepares you for not only feeling firm and fulfilled, but for encouraging others as well in their walk with Christ.

Blessing to you and yours,

Stephanie

I hope you will glance back at the following four journal entries to grasp this concept a little more. May they rejuvenate and revitalize you like they did me:
