God is trying to tell us something.
It seems that when I read The Scripture this morning, my eyebrows scrunch closer and I feel as if I have read some of the same verses before. I know I haven’t, so this must mean that God has a few things He is trying to drill into us.
Here is what I keep learning:
- Before you make a decision, ask God.
- Don’t lie. You will get caught.
- We are human. We make mistakes. He is God. He makes no mistakes. Our mistakes displease Him.
- Speak kindly. Watch your tongue. Words are powerful. They can hurt or heal.
- God is powerful. He will make you strong when you are weak.
- We are to praise His name. He is awesome.
- Jesus is the only way to heaven. He is The Way, The Truth, and The Light.
- Life with Christ is full, good, and eternal. Life without Him is heading for destruction.
- God heals.
- God speaks.
- Once you have Christ in your heart, no one can take you away from Him.
Go ahead and read The Word for yourself and let me know of a few things He keeps reminding you.
The bible is the greatest book ever. We are to learning from history. Well, read the greatest history book ever and learn from it.
