Here’s the deal…if the Lord ain’t part of it, don’t waste your time. (Yep, I said “ain’t”)
In Psalms 127:1 we read:
“If it is not the Lord who builds a house,
the builders are wasting their time.
If it is not the Lord who watches over the city,
the guards are wasting their time.”
We make decisions every moment of our day. Even in the smallest of decisions, God needs to be included in it.
I’ve learned too many times that when I make a haste decision and don’t consult God, I realize that I should have when it is often too late.
Like the scriptures imply, don’t waste your time on anything you do without God being the Lead Man.
