One day Naomi said to Ruth, “My daughter, it’s time that I found a permanent home for you, so that you will be provided for.” NLT Ruth 3:1
After reading verse one from my NLT version of my tangible page turning bible, I paused, pondered, and wrote the words, For me: That’s Jesus.
Then, when I compared a few translations, many read, “seek rest…be well with you”.
“My daughter, should I not seek rest for you, that it may be well with you?” ESV
Y’all, Jesus is ALL this! The Lord is my permanent home. He is my Provider. In Him is where I find true rest. As long as I follow Jesus Christ, it is well with my soul.
I pray that you will believe in Jesus Christ so that He will be your home, Provider, and find peaceful rest in Him in all things. When you have Jesus, it is well with your soul. Amen.
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
