Do fear and unsettling thoughts find their way into your mind? I challenge you to embrace the peace that only God can provide. Open your Bible and immerse yourself in His word. Transform those scriptures into prayers and let God’s breath fill your spirit.
I pray that you will anchor your trust in faith rather than in fear.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.. Philippians 4:6-7
Lord, You are in control—there’s no doubt about that. When worry and doubt begin to grow within me, may those challenges turn into prayers. I lay my burdens at Your feet, grateful that You are handling them.
Your word reminds us that worrying doesn’t add a single hour to our lives. Therefore, Lord, I choose to trust in You. I trust You in every detail of my existence.
Since You are in control, fill me with Your peace. Let others witness Your impenetrable peace within me and strive to know You better.
Thank You, Jesus, for calming my anxious thoughts and assuring me that You are always with me, meeting every need. Amen.

Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. Psalm 23:4
Dear Jesus, I find peace in the knowledge that You are always by my side. When life seeks to shake me, You provide steadiness to my mind. In my most challenging moments, You walk beside me. Thank You for bringing calmness to my thoughts and offering Your protection.
Lord, I long to feel Your hand holding mine. Cradle me in Your arms and let me experience Your comfort. I love You, Lord. Amen

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10
Lord, I pause at that first sentence of Isaiah to express my gratitude for Your presence in my life. You remind us 365 times in the Bible not to be afraid—one for each day of the year! I am not afraid. I am not afraid. Why? Because You, my God, are with me. Fear cannot take root in my life when I am filled with You.
I am thankful for the firm grip of Your hand. Continue to hold me up and strengthen me, Lord. I never want to let You go! Amen.
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
