Girls, who do you say you are devoted to, the world or God? If you are a Christian, I sure hope that your reply would be “to God”.  Well, if you answered correctly 😉 don’t only act appropriately, but dress appropriately.
I could go on and on with examples of how not only women, but young girls dress too. You can even read what I wrote last year at this time when I talked about a time in my life (and yes I was a Christian then) clothed myself. ( “How you dress says a lot” ) But I believe it is evident when we turn on the television or walk outside into the world that the way ladies dress says a few things about themselves. This topic could speak volumes about self-confidence, desire, image, and much more.
Ladies, no matter your age, size, confidence level, or whatever…Be attractive by the good things you do, not the sexy way you dress. (Save the sexiness for your spouse.)
You want to look and feel gorgeous?  You should be “doing something beautiful for God and becoming beautiful doing it.”  (verse 10 in The Message translation)

• And I want the women to make themselves attractive in the right way. Their clothes should be sensible and appropriate…But they should make themselves attractive by the good things they do. That is more appropriate for women who say they are devoted to God. 1 Timothy 2:9-10
