When I read Leviticus 13-14 I just wanted to go take a good shower. Ewww. The reading reminded me of zits. Pimples. Those “I don’t want you” things that creep up on your skin. The facial cleanser I use has the catch phrase, “Ever age. Every stage. Every day.” Those unwanted blemishes are like sin in our lives. The catch phrase is like God’s Word. Sin is here and must be dealt with. God’s Word must be applied every day at every stage and age of our existence on earth. Go bathe yourself in The Word and feel clean and refreshed.
