:  In my daily prayer I ask God to speak to me and through me. When I read in Exodus and see how God would tell Moses, “This is what you are to say…” I kind of wish I could actually hear Him tell me the same. But you know what? He does. Every time we open His Word and read it with focus, all our heart, and a clear mind, He clearly speaks to us. On those days that I am reading and my mind is busying itself with all I have to do, or my eyes and mind start to close to fall asleep on God, it’s like the saying, “I can see you talking, but I can’t hear a word you are saying.” Blah, blah, blah. The words look good, but I can’t think of a thing on how to apply it to my life.  So I add to my prayer asking God to keep me focused on Him and what He has to say, help me to read and listen with all my heart, and to clear my mind of anything but Him. Ask and ye shall receive. God is so awesome! I challenge you to do the same. Be specific in your prayer life to God. Yes, He knows and sees all, but He likes for you to get down to the details with Him, for your sake. Enjoy speaking to God, and you’ll see and hear Him speaking right back to you. Happy Tuesday.
