Good news from Alabama

 

“The churches were becoming stronger in their faith, and the number of believers was growing every day. Acts 16:5
It’s late and I’m tired, but I just wanted you to know that the above verse is as true today as it was for Paul and Silas.
At the end of the mission day today, our groups had eight twenty-two (!) known professions of faith made today.  I was so excited to have led one mom (a single mother of three teens) to Christ by presenting the F.A.I.T.H. message to her (see Want to become a Christian? tab) Praise Jesus!!
Satan has been trying hard this week to suppress the community and various activities we have going on.  But we serve a mighty God and will not be defeated!
Please keep praying for all to become stronger in their faith, and the number of believers to continue to grow for God.  Also pray for the new believers to continue to grow in Christ daily and encourage others in the community.  “Back off, Satan!  God’s wins in the end anyhow!”
