God is always good at asking questions. The thing is He already knows the answer. He just wants us to verbalize it so that we are aware of it.
Haven’t you done that with others? Just the other day I had gone upstairs, saw the answer to my question, yet still asked my daughter, “Have you cleaned your room yet?” Of course she reassured me that she was going to get to it, but…I wanted her to be aware of the situation. (Oh, mother!)
Well, when I read Isaiah 40:25, I was reminded of how God used this technique often. So here’s my “Love, God” for today:
“To whom will you compare me? Who is my equal?” asks the Holy One.” Isaiah 40:25
“If you’re scared or just needing someone to protect you, get behind Me. I’ve got you covered. No one can compare to Me.”
