“Teach us how short our lives are so that we can become wise.” Psalms 90:12
This verse doesn’t say, “Life is short, so live like crazy.” No, but it does remind us that life is not infinite here on earth. Instead of living like there is no tomorrow, without a care in the world, we need to be wise in our decisions.
How do we become wise? The answer is found in James 1:5, “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”
