DSCN4326Do you see the glass half full or half empty?
It doesn’t matter how you see it…just fill it! Fill it with the abundant love that Christ Jesus has for you.
Listen, He won’t ever run out of love. His love is so deep, so wide, so long, and so high that it is often incomprehensible for us to understand, but it is so obtainable and available. Paul prayed in Ephesians 3:19 for all to experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
In Ephesians 3:17, Paul also prayed that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. I pray that your life will be strong in love and be built on love.
I was just comically imagining being at a fancy restaurant where the waiter is standing nearby, and practically every time you take a sip the attendant is pouring more water into your glass. Well, God is your Attendant. He is standing near you ready to continually fill your cup with His love. And don’t you dare put your hand over it and say, “No thank you”, just smile and be grateful for His love and willingness to replenish your aridness.
Friend, I do pray as Paul for you that Christ will live in your heart. How? Accept Him as your personal Savior and trust in Him. (If you’ve never done that, please click on the tab above marked “Want to become a Christian”.) I pray that your life will be reinforced and replenished in and by His love. Remember, His love isn’t 3-D, it is 4-D…wide/long/high/deep.
Go ahead…fill it, and feel it!
Blessings to you and yours. Have a glorious day soaking up The Son wherever you are. Love, Stephanie.
