A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.” — Billy Graham
I am so grateful to have been surrounded by godly father figures in my life.  From grandpas, dads, brothers, friends, and my husband, I’ve witnessed men, young and old, love, discipline, teach, and raise their children to be children of God.  Have there been mistakes made along the way? Absolutely!  But they each knew and taught their children Who is perfect and Who to look up to…our Heaven Father.
I pray that mine and Tim’s children will treasure each lesson learned, and continue to surround themselves with godly father figures who will guide them to always look up to The One who is our Ultimate Parent.

It seems evident today, that in our society a lack of godly father figures are missing in our world.  Men of God, I want to encourage you to step up and be the father-figure that someone needs to see today.  Men in general, get to know your Heavenly Father.  Have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and raise your children right.  Our society would be a better place if dads (and moms) unite and be examples of Christ.
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!
