Who are you?
His

Jacob, the Lord created you. Israel, he made you, and now he says, “Don’t be afraid. I saved you. I named you. You are mine. Isaiah 43:1 ERV

I’ll never forget the first time I read these words, “You are Mine”, says the Lord. When you look at my bible, you’ll see a heart beside this verse. It’s one of those verses I’ve used before around Valentine’s Day. He is your permanent Valentine. Embrace that for a moment.
A phrase I’ve said an abundance of times to my children is “Remember who you are and Whose you are.” Friend, no matter where you are, don’t forget that you are His. He is with you wherever you go. So make sure that you represent Him well in your words and actions.

I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:14 NASB

Who made you? God. Who makes no junk? God. Who formed you with His hands and still is there to guide you along life’s path? The Lord Almighty. Take a moment, take a deep breath, look up to heaven, and mouth the words “Thank You”. Why? Because you are here, and here for a purpose, and He made you awesomely and wonderfully. Oh sure, your psyche may have negative thoughts about you…just know that that is NOT from God. Satan loves to get into our heads and tell us things we are not. God thinks you are awesome and wonderful. Believe God, not the father of lies and deceit.
Join me on the next journal entry for more of “who am I” words that you need to speak into yourself.
You are His!
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
