The past couple of days I’ve been slowly taking down our Christmas decor. I say slowly because as Christmas comes down and the room looks bare, my mind starts planning and I begin rearranging furniture to new locations.
Oh!!! That makes me think of this…stay with me…Christmas = more of Christ (mas = more)…just like my rooms become bare or empty when the CHRISTmas decor gets put away, the same thing happens if we put Christ away from our lives. If Christ is put away, we get an empty feeling. Allow Jesus to “rearrange”/transform your life. Get it?
Sweet friend, I desire for you to be filled with Jesus Christ, and KEEP Him in your life. With Christ you will be filled with joy, no matter the circumstance.
Ahhh, how perfect that flows with what I began writing. JOY!
In our yard we have the letters J-O-Y standing tall and a light shines on it at night. When the decor starts coming down, the joy has to be put away as well. I can’t help but think each time, “Ain’t nobody gonna steal my joy!”
Believing that I’ve written about this before, I searched the website and sure enough, I posted a video about it last year.

I pray that you will shine bright for the Lord, displaying much joy in any circumstance. Secure your relationship with Jesus Christ and watch Him transform your temporary happiness into everlasting joy.

My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties, see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up in you the power of endurance. And then as your endurance grows even stronger, it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking. James 1:2-4 TPT

Can I get an AMEN?!

Now may God, the fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope! Romans 15:13 TPT

Overflow, my friend, with uncontainable joy!

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2 NLT

Be transformed.
Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
