From Farming to Pharmacy, then back to farming. Throughout his life, Mr. Joe Newsome has realized what is important…relationships. Whether it is with family, your workplace, or the community, personal relationships matter, and the most important relationship of all is one with Jesus Christ.

Mr. Joe and I had a wonderfully intimate conversation on faith, family, festival, and a bit more.

You are invited to get to know Plant City born Joe Newsome, and discover the difference between the Florida Strawberry Festival and other fairs.

This hardworking man encourages us to stay close to the Lord, be faithful to attending church, and try to live above where the world lives.

Mr. Joe says, “The world doesn’t owe life to you.” Yet, you owe your life to the Lord. God has been good to Mr. Newsome, and he is grateful for each day the good Lord gives him.

Blessings to you and yours and see you at The Florida Strawberry Festival.
